The Beachcomber Bar

is a long-established pub located in the popular seaside resort of Rathmullan in North Donegal. The bar has a fabulous setting on the sea front and enjoys panoramic views over Lough Swilly towards Inch Island and the Inishowen Peninsula. These superb views can also be enjoyed from the large beer garden which nestles between the bar and the Napoleonic Era Fort which now houses the Flight of the Earls Heritage Centre.

Over the last 10 years the Beachcomber Bar has developed a growing reputation for its bar food. The bar food menu also has a Kids Section. There is a good choice of wines available including a selection of quarter bottles of wine from the bar. The views from the balcony area of the bar are breathtaking – tables here are at a premium in the summer months!

The Beachncomber Bar is also a popular venue for music with sessions taking place several times a week during the summer months and on most Saturday nights at other times. Music is also arranged for private parties and functions. Charity events take place on a regular basis – pub quizzes , a night at the races etc. At quieter times of the year there are pool, dart and poker competitions.
